The Society for development of hotel projects was established in 2008 and is the owner of the resort complex project property. The property is unencumbered, all necessary permits and licenses for the project are available and paid (approved by the Generalitat Valencia licensed in May 2009 (D.I.C. Declaración de Interés Communitário 05/0012)
The project is implemented by First Advertisement S.L. Desarollo de proyectos y constructión / C.I.F. B-54177043.
The management and operating company, Sol-Resort Costa Mediterráneo S.L. also is installed. Economically experienced entrepreneurs and hoteliers representing the company.
We are currently looking for investors for the construction of the facility.

Calculated construction costs for the entire project:   10 MIO €
Operating profit:     > 8,2 MIO € already from the first fiscal year

The project was developed by an experienced team of specialists, architects, hoteliers, lawyers and tax nsultants. Years of experience in the field of "medical wellness" in combination with the necessary local knowledge, especially in dealing with government agencies and service providers are mandatory requirements that match the professional expertise of the team.

Spain is becoming the "paradise of cosmetic surgery" and is the number 1 in Europe.
Around 350,000 aesthetic procedures were performed in Spain last year.
The most popular procedures are breast augmentation, liposuction, nose and ear correction, tummy tuck and face lift. The prices range between 2,000 and 18,000. Critical voices against the operation mode there are hardly in Spain.

The trend continues unabated and is always more to combinations of wellness / holiday combined with the opportunity to highlight its beauty, and in the centers of anonymity, however, and especially of the upper atmosphere.

The concept of beauty is changing over the time since the 17th Century "pale and well fed" was the default for aesthetic beauty. Beauty is an abstract concept that is strongly associated with all aspects of human existence. Beauty is the purity of unspoiled nature, the perfection of sensuous knowledge, the desire for harmony and symmetry.
The new concept combines the expertise and Plastomed clinic services with high-profile offerings of fitness and wellness programs.
An offer for the target group of the Resorts Torremontemar, which depends largely to the North European guests, there is not as good as even on the Costa Blanca and determined therefore the intended policy of the company.
An international team of doctors provides the holiday maker and in contemplative silence retreating patients in a professional and promising way.
The services range from obesity, leg and arm lifts, breast surgery for women and men, abdominal surgery, liposuction, foot surgery, corrective surgery, varicose vein surgery, sweat removal, plastic surgery in general, Cosmetic treatments such as injections and pigmentation (list not exhaustive).

Summary

Sophisticated wellness - hotels, which are meeting the needs of today's demands on the coastline between Alicante and Cartagena today is still relatively rare and not adjusted to the required needs. The growth of this industry in this region is static and will change in coming years, only moderate.
An innovative company with professional management and good ideas will prevail in this segment in the long run and achieve above average returns. Contemporary modern designs require offers, especially in this region. Therefore this project was designed as a Medical Wellness/SPA- HAMĀM and 4 * + Resort. The prerequisites for a good utilization of the company are ideal. A smart and safe anti-cyclical investment behavior even at the present time, therefore ensuring good returns in the long term and secure jobs.
